Our property was founded in 2006 with a simple vision: create a welcoming place where comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality come together. From the very beginning, our goal has been to give every resident a memorable stay, and a place they can truly call their dream home.
Like many great journeys, ours has not been without challenges. In our early years, the property faced real difficulties. Thanks to the unwavering support of our Swedish residents and community, along with the dedication of our team, we overcame these obstacles together.
Today, we are proud to be 100% owned and managed by a Thai company and Thai people. Our team is committed to delivering warm Thai hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of quality, comfort, and service — for the community we've built with our residents, and the guests we welcome from around the world.
